Assistant Control Tower
Job Scope Overview
- Monitor and coordinate real-time terminal operations to ensure smooth vessel operations activities.
- Track operational performance against KPIs and identify deviations or bottlenecks.
- Manage and prioritize operational workflows to support optimal resource utilization and productivity.
- Provide immediate operational support and decision-making during disruptions or unplanned events.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational data and incidents.
- Work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 operational coverage.
We welcome applicants who meet the below criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (maritime studies, logistics, supply chain, operations management, or similar).
- Prior experience in terminal operations, logistics, or port-related activities is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer literacy.
- Analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in accordance with company procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with internal teams.
